Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship U.S. and international. Times vary by location.

How long does shipping take?

Processing: 2–4 business days. U.S.: usually 3–7 business days after processing. International: usually 7–21 business days (customs may add time).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final. If something arrives damaged/defective or you got the wrong order, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

What if my package is delayed?

Once it’s with USPS/UPS, delays are out of our control. Use your tracking link. If it looks lost or stuck, email support and we’ll help.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We can’t exchange sizes. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

What comes with my order?

Each shirt in the EARNED. Collection includes a collectible Stripe Card with a QR code that unlocks its story.

Do you restock designs?

No. Drops are limited. Once a design is gone, it’s gone.

How do I contact support?

Email support@thestripesinme.com. We reply within 1–2 business days.
