Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Commitment At TheStripesInMe™, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@thestripesinme.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To swap for a different size or item, please return for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@thestripesinme.com. We'll provide a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
