Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Sale items (final sale)
• Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@thestripesinme.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
