Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 3–7 business days after processing.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO Addresses
TheStripesInMe ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages
TheStripesInMe is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
