Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@thestripesinme.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap items, please return for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@thestripesinme.com. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund.
Important Notes
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
